MySliceFest at Wembley Park

So we’ve been talking about the fact that London’s largest outdoor pizza festival is coming to Wembley Park for months. We’ve had you eagerly anticipating the biggest pizza party our capital has ever seen and imagining you and your mates stuffing your face with all kinds of pizza, some exclusive to our festival that we can guarantee you’ve never seen elsewhere (watch this space for the menus)! I know it’s all very exciting and we only have 4 weeks left to go, so we thought we’d help you plan your journey and let you know a bit more about the area, so you can make a full weekend out of it.

So MySliceFest will be taking place on Saturday 30th July at Wembley Park, in the area next to the Stadium on the North-East side, which has been used for The Color Run, Holifest and other similar events. While we’ve all obviously heard of Wembley Stadium, what you might not know is that there’s a whole host of fun things to do in the area that you can explore.

Getting there…

Wembley Park is easily accessible on the Metropolitan and Jubilee tube lines, only 2 stops from Baker Street or a 9-minute train from London Marylebone by the Chiltern line. From Wembley Park tube station, it’s a simple and eye-pleasing walk straight down to the Stadium – MySliceFest will be signposted on the day and our friendly stewards will be free to answer any questions you may have.

Although we do recommend using public transport to get to the venue on the day, there is plenty of secure parking just a short walk from the festival site. More details and booking can be found here

I’m looking to stay the night…

If you’d like to spend the night at Wembley Park and just roll back to your hotel room after all the delicious pizza you’ve eaten, you’re in luck! You’re spoilt for choice with hotels in the area: Novotel, Hilton London Wembley and The Holiday Inn are all within walking distance from the festival site, check out this handy interactive map on the Wembley Park website.

Making a full weekend of it…

There really is something for everyone at Wembley Park. The London Designer Outlet boasts 50 outlets shops including Superdry, Jack Wills, Guess, Levi’s, Nike and Gap with discounts of up to 70% all year round! Just in case you’re super early for MySliceFest (our doors open at midday) or fancy some retail therapy to recover on the Sunday. There’s also a Cineworld cinema on site – if you’ve got a few hours to kill. Take a look at everything the area has to offer here. [link]

Wembley Park

We’re really excited to be bringing MySliceFest to Wembley Park – one of London’s most exciting neighbourhoods. We hope that after you’ve eaten way too much pizza (is there such a thing as too much?) and partied all day with us at our festival, you take the time to explore the area and see all the great things Wembley Park has to offer.
